WHAT CAUSES TIME MATTERS DATA CORRUPTION?

Is your Time Matters data experiencing corruption issues? Here are some things
that you and/or your network support team can review:

1. Are all network connections hardwired? Time Matters is not supported
over a wireless network.
2. Are the Time Matters data and program folders excluded from firewall and
anti-virus software scans?
3. Are the network connections clean? You can test this by zipping up a 500
meg file and tracking how long it takes to copy the file from the
workstation to the server and from the server to the workstation. It should
take less than 50 seconds to do this.
